Jason Lancaster is a singer-songwriter from Tallahassee, Florida, best known as the co-lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for Mayday Parade and later as the lead vocalist, guitarist, and pianist for Go Radio. Following Go Radio's breakup, Lancaster launched a solo career, releasing several albums and continuing to build his reputation as a distinctive songwriter and collaborator in the alternative and pop-punk scenes.

Meg Frampton is a celebrated singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, best known as one half of the indie rock duo Meg & Dia. With over a decade of experience writing, recording, and performing internationally—including tours with renowned acts such as Angels & Airwaves and Dashboard Confessional—Meg brings exceptional skill in crafting compelling lyrics and melodies. She joins Fieldhouse as an Austin-based co-writer, excited to collaborate with passionate artists who strive to write authentic songs true to their genre.

Con Davison began making records to share his own music, which evolved into a fulfilling career helping others create and share their art. With extensive studio experience and time spent touring, he embraces all genres and views the studio itself as a creative instrument.

Matt Parmenter is the owner of Ice Cream Factory Studio in central Austin, where he offers recording, mixing, mastering, and production assistance, and is known for occasionally contributing bass and keys to artists’ projects when needed. An Emmy-winning audio engineer and former member of Quiet Company, Matt has earned recognition as one of Austin’s top producers, with his studio recently voted Best Studio in Austin in the 2024 Austin Chronicle Music Awards.

John Marlin is a Dallas-based producer, songwriter, and guitarist known for his dynamic presence in the country music scene. After earning recognition as a live guitarist performing with some of the genre’s top artists, John shifted his focus to the creative process, honing his skills in songwriting and music production. His passion for crafting memorable melodies and timeless arrangements led him to Nashville, where he became a published songwriter. Drawing inspiration from a diverse array of influences, John specializes in country, alternative, and pop, always bringing a keen ear for melody, catchy hooks, and classic simplicity to his work.
