Artist Development, Without the Guesswork
At Fieldhouse, we help independent artists grow with purpose—creatively, professionally, and personally. We offer personalized support in all the areas that matter: management, songwriting, mixing, booking, merch, branding, and promotion. Based in Austin, Texas, we work side-by-side with you to shape your sound, sharpen your vision, and build an identity that truly connects.

Here’s the truth: you shouldn’t have to do it all alone. While you’re writing songs, playing shows, and leveling up your craft, we’re working behind the scenes to bring your full picture to life. Because having a team that believes in your music—and knows how to amplify it—isn’t just a bonus. It’s essential.

With Fieldhouse, you don’t just get a service. You get a creative partner invested in your long game. Let’s make sure the world sees—and hears—what you’re capable of.

about charles

Charles Iwuc is a songwriter, producer, and artist development specialist based in Austin, Texas, and the founder of Fieldhouse—a boutique creative studio dedicated to helping emerging artists build sustainable, career-ready foundations.

Charles began his career as a solo artist under the moniker Last Letters, releasing his debut EP in 2016 through Old Sport Records. Rooted in the pop/punk and emo revival scenes, his early work showcased a knack for emotionally honest songwriting and hands-on production. That same DIY ethic now drives his work behind the scenes, where he provides full-service artist development for the next generation of talent.

Through Fieldhouse, Charles offers a comprehensive support system for independent artists—ranging from mixing, mastering, and co-writing to branding, booking, release strategy, and promotional planning. His approach is collaborative, artist-first, and grounded in years of firsthand experience navigating both the creative and logistical demands of today’s music industry.

Whether developing a debut artist from the ground up or helping a rising act take their next big step, Charles brings vision, consistency, and care to every project—making sure the music is not only heard, but positioned to thrive.
