Artist Development, Without the Guesswork
At Fieldhouse Artist Development & Sound Craft, we help independent artists grow with purpose—creatively, professionally, and personally. Based in Austin, Texas, Fieldhouse is built for musicians who want real progress, not just promotion. We offer personalized support in every area that shapes an artist’s career: recording, mixing, visual branding, songwriting, booking, merch, and marketing.
You shouldn’t have to figure it all out on your own. While you focus on writing, performing, and refining your sound, we work behind the scenes to bring your full creative vision to life. Our team connects you with the right producers, designers, and industry professionals to make each step feel clear, intentional, and achievable.
With Fieldhouse, you gain more than services—you gain a long-term creative partner who’s invested in your growth and ready to help you move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll make sure the world sees and hears what you’re capable of.
About Charles Iwuc
Charles Iwuc is a songwriter, producer, and artist development specialist based in Austin, Texas, and the founder of Fieldhouse Artist Development & Sound Craft—a boutique creative studio dedicated to helping emerging artists build sustainable, career-ready foundations.
Charles began his career as a solo artist under the name Last Letters, releasing his debut EP in 2016 through Old Sport Records. Rooted in the pop-punk and emo revival scenes, his early work revealed a deep sense of emotional honesty and a hands-on approach to every part of the creative process. That same energy now fuels his work behind the scenes, guiding artists through every stage of their development.
Through Fieldhouse, Charles provides a full range of creative and strategic support for independent musicians—mixing and mastering coordination, songwriting and production assistance, branding, booking, release strategy, playlist pitching, and press outreach. His approach is collaborative and personal, built on real relationships and a shared commitment to long-term growth.
Charles is deeply proud of what Fieldhouse has accomplished so far and the community it continues to build. With each new artist, he’s eager to help shape a clear and confident career path—opening doors, creating opportunities, and helping artists show up as their best, most authentic selves.
